Last night at Bible Study, we went off on a tangent, and started to talk about the fact that almost every person in the room wore a very small gruesome execution device around their neck. We came to the conclusion that the sign of the cross was a symbol to identify early Christians, and the tradition has evolved into jewelery. Its kind of nice that I can just look down and have a visual reminder of God's grace.
